Amanda Salas
has over 13 years of medical administrative
experience. She has been working with the Asthma and Allergy Center
since March 2007 and as the Office Manager since September 2007. Amanda
enjoys spending her extra time with her children and is also an editor
for a monthly e-newsletter called The Common Thread. This newsletter
encourages body, mind and spirit awareness. She also facilitates
retreats and workshops that advocate health of the body, mind, and
spirit.

Mary McKoy first started to come to the Allergy
and Asthma Center as a patient. In April 2001, she became a receptionist
with our office and generally will be at the front desk on Monday
afternoons and Tuesdays. Mary has 40 years of experience in accounting
and is a registered CTEC tax preparer and a certified notary public. She
has an associate’s degree in Sociology, a B.S. in business, and a degree
in Inventory Control. She has received her degrees from a number of
colleges including Moorpark College, CSU Northridge, Cal-Poly Pomona,
and CSU Dominguez Hills.
Mary has raised four children and now has five
grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
